This document sets out the legal terms governing the use of the baji999 platform and all its services. When you access this website, create an account, or take part in any form of betting or gaming activity, you are assumed to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms stated here.

baji999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. Further details about our platform are available on the About Us page. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and serve as a legal agreement between baji999 and the user.

If you use the service without reading these terms, any future claim or objection will not be accepted. We therefore ask you to read the full document before registering.

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on baji999, a user must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register under your own name and with your own details — registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

2.2 Account Verification

baji999 may request identity verification documents to activate an account. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, birth certificate or passport.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login details — username and password — confidential. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on the account.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

baji999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms or dishonest conduct.

New users on baji999 may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.

3.1 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms. Please read the relevant terms before accepting any offer.
• Bonuses are not cash — they function as gaming credits only.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and the bonuses being forfeited.
• baji999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonuses obtained as a result of a system error or technical fault will not be considered valid.

The payment methods currently accepted for deposits on baji999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals can also be made through these same methods.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable for each payment method).
• Deposits must be made in the account holder's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is completed, the account balance is updated automatically.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• While a withdrawal request is being processed, the corresponding balance will be frozen.
• If fraud is suspected, baji999 may suspend a withdrawal and carry out a verification check.

4.3 Disclaimer

baji999 is not responsible for technical issues or delays on the part of mobile banking services. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless baji999 itself cancels it for technical reasons. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the rules for determining the outcome of the relevant bet will apply.

5.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on baji999 may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is successfully confirmed are final. In the event of a dispute over the determination of a result, baji999's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Permitted Gaming Conduct

Using any manipulation, software bots or automated systems to place bets is prohibited. Attempting to gain an advantage by placing bets across multiple accounts will result in all transactions being cancelled. Winnings obtained from a system error may also be considered void.

5.4 Live Betting

In live betting, odds or results may differ due to network delays. baji999 confirms that any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error may be cancelled without prior notice.

• In a multi-bet, every selection must win; otherwise the entire bet is lost.
• Cricket, football and all other sports betting are governed by the same rules.
• For casino games and slots, the individual rules of each game apply.

The baji999 VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each level based on the user's activity.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

For cashback calculation, net loss = total amount bet − total amount won. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6.2 VIP Level Changes

A user's VIP level advances based on their regular activity and gaming history. baji999 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on baji999 and may result in the permanent closure of the account:

1. Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
2. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
3. Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to place bets.
4. Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the system.
5. Deceiving or threatening other users.
6. Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime.
7. Accessing or operating a third party's account.

If such activity is detected, all balances and bonuses of the user concerned may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
